We treat your raw video footage, website data, and credentials with maximum confidentiality:

  • WordPress Access: Credential sharing is restricted strictly to the working developer/administrator and is stored via encrypted password managers.

  • Video & Asset Retention: Your video project files and raw footage are kept securely within our storage systems based on your plan’s retention period (30, 60, or 90 days) and are permanently deleted thereafter unless otherwise stated in your enterprise agreement.

 

4. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business:

  • Payment Processors: To manage secure monthly USD subscriptions.
